Uncover Inner Resources – The Enneagram & Inquiry is an online workshop that will help bring your Enneagram learning alive in the present moment in your body, heart and mind.

Inquiry is the name we use for a dynamic engagement with our experience that brings deeper insight and understanding of ourselves and ultimately of reality.  

Engaging in inquiry can support you to:

• See more clearly what tightens your enneatype tendencies and what loosens them
• Practice opening to inner resources beyond your ordinary sense of self
• Engage your process with curiosity, openness and care
• Support your soul’s unfolding by cooperating with what’s arising in the moment
• Step toward the mystery of your inner wisdom 
• Learn an approach that can be applied to any experience in life

What is Inquiry?

The process of inquiry begins with genuine curiosity and an open-ended desire to understand more about whatever subject matter we are interested in. It works in part because we are aligning with a revelatory process that is a natural part of how reality works.  

When we focus our inquiry towards particular fixated patterns of our enneatypes, it will reveal ways we can grow and develop into more of our true potential, rather than staying trapped in old familiar, fixated patterns.

You will be supported to learn how to engage in inquiry, and will have several opportunites for experiential learning. Expect the unexpected!

9 CEUs are available through NASW for clinicians. The practice of inquiry can enhance and support any therapeutic approach.

The Oral Tradition

The course will be taught in the Oral Tradition, a method which conveys a deep and subtle understanding of personality dynamics that is inaccessible through reading or discussion. 

In this tradition, the instructors and participants engage in a focused inquiry with panels of people who represent each personality type.

• Discover your Enneagram “point of view.”
• Gain an understanding of how people from the other 8 points of view function.
• Learn how you can shift your point of view and alter your behavior to improve relationships with colleagues, bosses, friends, and mates.

              (Part 2)

• Find out what works best in therapy with each of the personality types.
• Learn what not to do in therapy with each of the personality types.
• Discover how your Enneagram type or “point of view” affects your clinical work.
• Recognize the correlation between the Enneagram and the DSM-IV.
